Learning motivation is an essential factor in the success of Arabic language instruction. Teachers have a strategic role in fostering students’ motivation so that they become more active and enthusiastic in learning. This study aims to describe the efforts made by Arabic language teachers to Cultivate students’ motivation at MTs Nurul Fajeri. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that teachers implement various strategies, such as providing learning encouragement, using diverse teaching methods, giving rewards or appreciation, and creating an enjoyable learning atmosphere. However, several obstacles were found, such as students’ laziness in learning, limited ability to read Arabic texts, and some students frequently skipping classes. The solutions implemented include conducting personal approaches to students who lack enthusiasm and giving sanctions to students who frequently skip classes as a form of enforcing rules and discipline. Therefore, teachers’ efforts play an important role in improving students’ motivation and learning outcomes in Arabic language learning.
