The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed educational practices, necessitating that schools strengthen teacher professionalism through strategic educational management. This study aims to analyze how strategic educational management supports teacher professional development and how integrating technology and strategic leadership contributes to transforming learning in the AI era. This study employed a qualitative case study approach at SMP Negeri 5 Ponorogo. The research participants consisted of the principal and two teachers, who were purposively selected for their involvement in planning and implementing teacher professional development programs. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation, technical triangulation, and member checking, while data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis. The study yielded two main themes. First, teacher professional development is implemented through strategic educational management, which includes systematic planning, needs-based training, academic supervision, professional learning communities, and continuous evaluation. Second, learning transformation is supported by integrating technology and strategic leadership through the provision of digital learning facilities, the strengthening of teacher competencies, and the development of a culture of innovation in schools. This study concludes that successful educational transformation in the era of artificial intelligence requires synergy between strategic educational management, continuous teacher professional development, the use of digital technology, and visionary school leadership. The findings contribute to the development of educational management practices and provide recommendations for schools to strengthen teacher professionalism and learning innovation in the digital age.
