Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

When submitting manuscripts, authors should follow the guidelines below:

  1. Articles written in English or Indonesian which will later be translated into English. The manuscript typed by Microsoft Word, Helvetica font size 11 pts, double spaced (2 Spasi), standard margins (left limit and a lower limit of 4 cm, while the right limit and the upper limit of 3 cm), printed on A4 paper with sequence of completion of abstract, introduction, methods, analyses and result, conclusions, and bibliograph (15 pages minimal).
  2. The title of the article are no more than 12 words. The title is written align left, font size 18 pts. Title should be Clearly Defined and Informative.
  3. The name of the author (along with institutional addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail address), abstract (with key words using English), introduction, methods of research, the results of research and discussion, conclusion and bibliography.
  4. By lines are listed without an academic degree, with your name and address of their home institution, and are placed below the article title. In the case of a script written by the team, editors relate only to the main author or authors whose names are listed in the first place. The main author must specify your e-mail address.
  5. Abstract It requires concise, specific, accurate and factual information to briefly show the reasons for study, proposed solution, the method used, proposed contribution, research objectives to be achieved, results and conclusions, and highlight the difference/benefit it offers from a pre-existing method. The length of each abstract 200-250 words, accompanied by a number of 3-5 word keyword.
  6. In the introduction to the article provides background research, the research context, the results of literature review, research purposes the theoretical concepts used to discuss and analyze your research problem. Conceptual article also contains a reference exposure problems (controversial, unresolved, and new developments).
  7. In the method provides exposure in the form of a paragraph about the study design, data sources, data collection techniques, and real data analysis conducted by researchers.
  8. The research result shows exposure analysis results related to the research question. The discussion shows the meaning of results and comparisons with the theory and / or the results of similar studies.
  9. Discussion on conceptual article contains exposure study or thinking of the writer analytical, argumentative, logical, and critical. Exposure to load the establishment or attitudes discussion on issues pared writer.
  10. Conclusion contains research findings in the form of answers to questions form the essence of the results of research or discussion. The conclusions presented in paragraph form.
  11. Cover contain substances conclusion, the affirmation of the establishment or the attitude of the author, and recommendations. Concluding presented in paragraph form.
  12. Reference list only contains the sources referenced in the article, and all the sources referred to should be listed in the reference list. Referral source at least 80% in the form of literature published 10 years. References used are primary sources in the form of research articles in journals or research reports (including thesis, dissertation). Article published in the Journal of Prophetic recommended for use as a reference and reference writing techniques have to use Mendeley (references manager application).
