Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  1. The article must be scientific, either based on empirical research or conceptual ideas. The content of the article has not been published yet in any journal, and should not be submitted simultaneously to another journal. The article should not be part of fully one chapter of a thesis or dissertation.
  2. The article must be in the range between 5000-7000 words, not including title, abstract, keywords, and bibliography.
  3. The article can be written in either Bahasa Indonesia or English
  4. Article consisting of the various parts: i.e. title, the author’s name(s) and affiliation(s), abstract (150-200 words), Keywords (maximum 5 words), introduction, research method, research result & discussion, conclusion, and bibliography.
  5. The title should not be more than 20 words.
  6. Author’s name(s) should be written in the full name without academic title (degree), and completed with institutional affiliation(s) as well as the corresponding address (e-mail address).
  7. Abstract consists of the discourses of the discipline area; the aims of the article; research method; research result & discussion. The abstract should be written in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  8. The introduction consists of the background of the problem, problem formulation, research objectives, literature review, and theoretical framework, which are included in paragraphs, not in the form of sub-chapters.
  9. The research method contains the type of research, approach, population and sample, research object, data collection techniques, data sources, and data analysis methods used.
  10. The research result and discussion consist of the reasoning process of the article’s main argumentation.
  11. The conclusion should be consisting of answering research problems, based on the theoretical significance/conceptual construction.
  12. All of the bibliography used should be written properly, using APA style and Mendeley system.
